Importantly c4life assesses and understands you the user, ensuring it's advice and programs meet with where you are 'currently at', helping you progress confidently and with measured outcomes to enable you to progress positively to a better health position. C4Life is not available for use by the general public, for more information as to which plans and companies provide the use of this app for their members please contact us directly. Disclaimer: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
